Renegade Global Group recently had the opportunity to send Corporate Trainers Sarah Young and Jose Ramos on a business trip to Philadelphia to test out the market and to network with Managers and trainers at a regional company working with the same clients. Sarah shared some of her experiences and things that she learned from the trip:

By going to Philadelphia, I really got to experience working in a different market outside of New York, and I also was able to learn more about myself and my abilities. It was awesome to have the opportunity to see how a marketing campaign for our Clients has different promotions in different areas. It took me about a day to get more comfortable with the new promotions, and once I did, it was really fun to be able to customize bundles differently in order to better serve each customer.

Another positive of the trip was being able to experience another company’s culture and to network with industry peers. It is exciting to be able to go to travel to a different part of the country and remain successful by being systematic and adjusting quickly. I loved watching how another office ran their office, their campaign, and I also enjoyed being able to represent Renegade Global Group from Long Island while I was there. Being involved with their training process and human resources allowed me to really understand how I can be successful in business by helping other people, and I appreciate that more now. I admired the hospitality they provided us while we were in Philadelphia.

As we teach CPR, or creating personal relationships with customers, we most efficiently create personal relationships with each other – and that’s what I took back from the “City of Brotherly Love!”
